WORK EXPERIENCE:
Teaching Professor, Missouri S&T (current)
Since earning her Ph.D., Theresa has served on the teaching faculty at Missouri S&T and was promoted to full professor in 2022. She is widely regarded as an excellent teacher and has received numerous teaching awards. Theresa has been a leader in blended learning across the department and campus, and in ASEE. She published an open course on circuits to support sophomore students and others learning circuit analysis techniques.

Active in ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education); Chair, ASEE Midwest Section (2011–2012).
Advisor, Missouri S&T chapter of IEEE–Eta Kappa Nu.
